Software License Agreement

1. Licence grant

RadioMate Automation grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the RadioMate Automation suite (RadioMate, Audio Importer, Audio Copy and StudioCast Encoder) for the number of stations covered by your subscription.

Each station requires its own licence. Your first station is covered by the base subscription; each additional station requires an additional station licence.

2. Subscription and payment

Licences are billed monthly per station, or annually under a custom quote. Your licence remains active while your subscription is in good standing.

If payment fails or the subscription is cancelled, your licence expires at the end of the paid period and the software may stop operating.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, rent or redistribute the software or your licence, except as permitted by law.

You may not use one station licence to operate more than one station.

4. Updates and support

Your subscription includes software updates and reasonable email support for the duration of the subscription.

5. Ownership

The software remains the property of RadioMate Automation. This agreement grants a licence to use the software; it does not transfer ownership.

6. Liability

The software is provided with care, but without warranty to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your audio library, schedules and configuration.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the three months before the claim.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. Disputes are handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
